ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier 2024: Venue Shift for Warm-Up Fixtures
The original practice schedule had slated Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi to host four warm-up games ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier 2024. However, due to recent heavy rains in the UAE, the venue is currently undergoing restoration.
The ICC Women’s #T20WorldCup 2024 Global Qualifier is set to commence on 25 April in Abu Dhabi. You can find out more about the tournament here.
The warm-up games have now been relocated to Tolerance and Mohan Ovals.
Despite the changes, Zayed Cricket Stadium is expected to be ready in time to host the opening game of the tournament on 25 April.

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier 2024: Team Squads
The Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier will feature 10 teams, divided into two groups of five. The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-final stage. The winners of the semi-finals will secure a place in the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 in Bangladesh.
