Cricketing Fraternity Attends Celebrations
The guest list featured a massive contingent of current and former Indian national team players who traveled to Dehradun and Mussoorie for the festivities. Attendees included senior players Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah, alongside Suryakumar Yadav, Rinku Singh, and Tilak Varma. Indian cricket veterans Sunil Gavaskar, Suresh Raina, Mohammad Kaif, and Piyush Chawla were also invited to the celebrations.
Fellow wrist-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal expressed his enthusiasm upon arriving in Uttarakhand. “I am very excited for my brother’s marriage. I will dance a lot and enjoy,” Chahal told reporters.
Middle-order batter Tilak Varma noted the event serves as a final gathering for the players before they resume intensive training. “We are going to Kuldeep’s wedding to have fun. After that, we will prepare for the Indian Premier League,” Varma stated.
